How to Enroll

  1. Students/Parents will complete the online application form.

  2. Students/Parents and Teachers will receive submission confirmation e-mails with complete application data.

  3. Information submitted may be edited by Students/Parents and/or Teachers until the application deadline.

Entry Fees

  • Solo Performer

    • $21.00 per student​

  • Duet (Ensemble)

    • $16.00 per student

  • Trio (Ensemble)​

    • $11.00 per student

  • Quartet (Ensemble)​

    • $11.00 per student

Ensembles, which include piano duets (one piano, four hands) are defined as groups composed of students only. Adult accompanists do not count as Ensemble members.

​

Each member of an ensemble (duet/duo, trio, quartet) must submit a separate application form using the same unique ensemble name. For example, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are a piano duo. Mickey and Minnie would each individually submit an application form. Their unique ensemble name is Disney Duo. Mickey would submit an application form with the ensemble name: Disney Duo. Minnie would submit a separate application form, also with the ensemble name: Disney Duo.

Parents will enroll students online and enter their repertoire. Your student will be playing the following repertoire: It must be entered exactly like this.

Additional Information

  • Student Recitals are for students through high school (12th grade).

  • Post high-school students may participate in Adult Recitals.

  • Each student or ensemble may perform up to seven minutes.

  • Only one piano is available—NO piano duos or piano concerti.

  • Memorization is optional for all disciplines.

  • All styles of music are acceptable.

  • Instrumentalists and vocalists should use their own accompanists. They may prefer to use prerecorded accompaniment or perform without accompaniment

  • The order of performance will be announced to the teachers five days before the recital.

  • All teachers and students (and their families) must be punctual and remain for the entire program. Students should be dressed appropriately: Recital Dress Code.

  • Videotaping is allowed, but you should never block the view of others during the performance. There will be a designated seating place for the parents/teachers to videotape.

  • Audience should show respect to all performers by being as quiet as possible while the performance is in session.
